Mr Chen Jin holds a bachelor’s degree in management and a Master of Arts in Communication. He has a combined professional background in administrative and media management spanning the Chinese mainland and Hong Kong, and is well-versed in the governance rules and external communication systems of both regions.
Mr Chen has long specialised in government-media liaison, online public-opinion analysis, brand communication development, risk control and emergency response. He has built solid hands-on experience and systematic professional capabilities. Committed to integrating theory with practice, he engages in in-depth industry research and practical reflection. He has published a number of professional articles in authoritative national journals and authored a regular column in mainstream media outlets.
Mr Chen’s core responsibility is to assist the President and the Provost in coordinating and advancing the University’s external cooperation and exchanges, brand-image communication, as well as risk and crisis management.
