About the Speaker:
Mr. Sik-Cheong Chow has had 42 years of teaching and administrative experience in education, with exposure to various types of education institutes. Since 1996 he has been helping with gifted education in public services, once serving as a Member of Ad Hoc Committee on Curriculum Guide on Gifted Education (Curriculum Development Council) in Hong Kong Government. From 2000 to 2009 he served as the founding principal of The Chinese Foundation Secondary School. He also initiates a school-based curriculum on learning and thinking skills. He has extensive experience in conducting talks and seminars to parents, teachers and the public on topics related to student development.
