Corners are often ignored. You may think corners are insignificant, but they can actually embody many things. Some cannot notice all of the details. Yet, for people and things which exist in the corner, it is a life they are accustomed to and the reality they can not escape from.
Corners can be poetic. Wang Xiaobo once said that possessing a secular life is not enough for one and he should possess a poetic inner world as well. Hope is still breathing in the rumbling life, just like birds are still singing every morning in the dusty campus which is still under construction. The poetic world we are seeking for may exist in the corners which we have overlooked.
Everyone is the writer and involuntary collector of the happenings in his own life. To capture life’s essence, one may use his eyes and camera to record everything about corners. Time is a path with many possibilitiesand there are millions of forked roads as it goes on. Let us be the witness to it.
