[About the contest]
1. Targeted participants: UIC students & staff
2. Theme of contest: Find the nature in the epidemic
3. This contest collects photography works from two categories, which are Wildlife and Others. Each participant can submit up to two pieces of works, which can be in the same category or in different categories. The subject of works in the Wildlife category should be wildlife. The subject of works in the Others category should be anything that is related to nature, but not wildlife.
4. Time to submit your works: 4/22-4/28
5. Awards: Five candidates in each category (Wildlife and Others) will win prizes. Further, five candidates will win "The most popular work" award based on the result of public vote.
[How to submit your photography works]
1. Find the application form in your email box and complete it. Send your photography works and application form to wpe-edc@bnbu.edu.cn.
2. When you edit the email, put your photography works and application form in the attachment. Set the subject as "Earth Week 2020+your name"
Rename your photography works as "category+your name+product NO.".
Rename your application form as "Earth Week 2020+your name"
You might be disqualified if information in the application form is wrong or missed, or the photography works are not renamed as required.
[A reminder to protect your health]
Although the risk of COVID-19 infection is low when you walk in not densely populated outdoor area, we still encourage you to follow precautions as below.
1. Avoid to visit densely populated public areas.
2. If you plan to visit a local park or other outdoor places, keep a safe social distance of at least 2 meters. Wear a mask correctly when passing through crowded areas, such as an elevator and a bus.
3. Avoid to contact wildlife.
4. If you have a cough or a fever, please stay at home to take good care of yourself and seek medical care in time.
