Dr. Yang completed his Ph. D degree at the Bangor University in the field of Accounting and Finance, Master's degree at the University of Exeter. Yang's current research interests include corporate fraud and corporate governance. Yang has published papers in the high-quality international academic journals. Dr. Yang Wang has extensive experience in teaching related accounting and finance modules.
